Welcome to Free WiFi Zone. By using our mobile application and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Free WiFi Zone application ("App") or accessing our WiFi services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Free WiFi Zone provides free internet access at participating hotspot locations. The service works as follows:

  • Users watch a short video advertisement (typically 30 seconds or less)
  • Upon completion, users receive a temporary access token
  • The token grants 20 minutes of free WiFi access
  • Users may watch additional ads to extend their access time

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Be located at a participating hotspot location
  • Have a compatible mobile device
  • Agree to view advertisements as part of the service exchange

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use the Service to:

  • Engage in any illegal activities
  • Access, distribute, or store illegal content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service
  • Share access tokens with others
  • Use automated systems to generate tokens
  • Engage in activities that harm other users
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Advertisements

Our Service is funded entirely by advertisements. By using the Service, you agree to:

  • View advertisements in their entirety before receiving access
  • Not use ad-blocking software that interferes with our ads
  • Understand that ad content is provided by third parties

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. If you find an advertisement objectionable, please contact us.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Availability at all locations at all times
  • Specific connection speeds or quality
  • Compatibility with all devices or applications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Fair Usage

To ensure fair access for all users, we implement reasonable usage limits:

  • Each access session is limited to 20 minutes
  • Excessive usage may result in temporary restrictions
  • We reserve the right to limit bandwidth during peak times

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and collecting minimal personal information.

9. Intellectual Property

The Free WiFi Zone name, logo, App, and all related content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our App or content
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our software
  • Use our trademarks without permission
  • Create derivative works based on our Service

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREE WIFI ZONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of data or privacy breaches
  • Service interruptions or failures
  • Unauthorized access to your transmissions
  • Actions of third parties on our network
  • Any damages resulting from your use of the Service

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Free WiFi Zone, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the Service
  • Illegal activity
  • Protecting other users or our systems

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
